Wedding Edition

Custom orders must be placed and paid for 2 months in advance. No exceptions.

Step 1:
Must first contact us via Instagram messages or email us at support@defensequeens.com to discuss the details.

Step 2:
We will curate a sample on how the suitcase or keychain will look like. Photos will be sent for review.

Step 3:
Once approved, the order payment must be paid in full. No cancellations or refunds will be accepted after the payment is made.

Step 4:
We will begin the production. This may take up to 2 months depending on the complexity of the order. We will send you a photo of the finished product for your final approval.

Step 5:
Order will be packaged and shipped. You will be receiving a tracking number for your order.
